সুতরাং তা হল কেয়ামতের নিদর্শন। কাজেই তোমরা কেয়ামতে সন্দেহ করো না এবং আমার কথা মান। এটা এক সরল পথ।
And he [’Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)] shall be a known sign for (the coming of) the Hour (Day of Resurrection) [i.e. ’Iesa’s (Jesus) descent on the earth] . Therefore have no doubt concerning it (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). And follow Me (Allâh) (i.e. be obedient to Allâh and do what He orders you to do, O mankind)! This is the Straight Path (of Islâmic Monotheism, leading to Allâh and to His Paradise).
وَإِنَّهُ لَعِلْمٌ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمْتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَاتَّبِعُونِ هَذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ
Wa-innahu laAAilmun lilssaAAati fala tamtarunna biha waittabiAAooni hatha siratun mustaqeemun
YUSUFALI: And (Jesus) shall be a Sign (for the coming of) the Hour (of Judgment): therefore have no doubt about the (Hour), but follow ye Me: this is a Straight Way.
PICKTHAL: And lo! verily there is knowledge of the Hour. So doubt ye not concerning it, but follow Me. This is the right path.
SHAKIR: And most surely it is a knowledge of the hour, therefore have no doubt about it and follow me: this is the right path.
KHALIFA: He is to serve as a marker for knowing the end of the world, so you can no longer harbor any doubt about it. You shall follow Me; this is the right path.
৬১। এবং [ ঈসা ] কিয়ামতের [ আগমনের ] নিশ্চিত নিদর্শন। সুতারাং [ কেয়ামত ] সম্বন্ধে সন্দেহ করো না, বরং তোমরা আমাকে অনুসরণ কর। ইহাই সরল পথ ৪৬৬২।
৬২। শয়তান যেনো তোমাদের বাধা না দেয়। সে তো তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্রু।
৪৬৬২। “ঈসা তো কিয়ামতের নিদর্শন ” – অর্থাৎ কিয়ামতের পূর্বে হযরত ঈসা [ আ ] পুণরায় দুনিয়াতে আসবেন। তাঁর দুনিয়ায় পুণরাগমন কিয়ামতের অন্যতম নিদর্শন। দ্বিতীয়বার দুনিয়ায় আগমন করে হযরত ঈসা তার নামে সৃষ্ট সকল মিথ্যা মতবাদকে ধ্বংস করে দেবেন। তিনি সারা পৃথিবীতে ইসলাম অর্থাৎ আল্লাহ্র একত্বের বাণী প্রচার করবেন এবং সারা পৃথিবীতে তা গ্রহণের উপযোগীতা সৃষ্টি করবেন। পৃথিবীতে শান্তি ও ইসলাম প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে – যা কোরাণে সহজ সরল পথরূপে বর্ণিত করা হয়েছে।
