তারা আল্লাহকে যথার্থরূপে বোঝেনি। কেয়ামতের দিন গোটা পৃথিবী থাকবে তাঁর হাতের মুঠোতে এবং আসমান সমূহ ভাঁজ করা অবস্থায় থাকবে তাঁর ডান হাতে। তিনি পবিত্র। আর এরা যাকে শরীক করে, তা থেকে তিনি অনেক উর্ধ্বে।
No just estimate have they made of Allah, such as is due to Him: On the Day of Judgment the whole of the earth will be but His handful, and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand: Glory to Him! High is He above the Partners they attribute to Him!
وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّماوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
Wama qadaroo Allaha haqqa qadrihi waal-ardu jameeAAan qabdatuhu yawma alqiyamati waalssamawatu matwiyyatun biyameenihi subhanahu wataAAala AAamma yushrikoona
YUSUFALI: No just estimate have they made of Allah, such as is due to Him: On the Day of Judgment the whole of the earth will be but His handful, and the heavens will be rolled up in His right hand: Glory to Him! High is He above the Partners they attribute to Him!
PICKTHAL: And they esteem not Allah as He hath the right to be esteemed, when the whole earth is His handful on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens are rolled in His right hand. Glorified is He and High Exalted from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him).
SHAKIR: And they have not honored Allah with the honor that is due to Him; and the whole earth shall be in His grip on the day of resurrection and the heavens rolled up in His right hand; glory be to Him, and may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him).
KHALIFA: They can never fathom the greatness of GOD. The whole earth is within His fist on the Day of Resurrection. In fact, the universes are folded within His right hand. Be He glorified; He is much too high above needing any partners.
৬৭। তারা আল্লাহ্র সম্বন্ধে যথোচিত প্রাপ্য সম্মান করে নাই ৪৩৪১। শেষ বিচারের দিনে সমস্ত পৃথিবী থাকবে তাঁর হাতের মুঠোতে ৪৩৪২ , এবং আকাশমন্ডলী তাঁর ডান হাতে গুটানো থাকবে। পবিত্র মহান তিনি। তারা তাঁর প্রতি যে অংশীদারিত্ব আরোপ করে তিনি তা থেকে বহু উর্দ্ধে।
৪৩৪১। দেখুন আয়াত [ ৬ : ৯১ ] ও টিকা ৯০৯ ; এবং আয়াত [ ২২ : ৭৪ ]। যথোচিত সম্মান অর্থ আল্লাহ্র বিশালত্ব , মহত্ব , ক্ষমতাকে যারা আত্মার মাঝে উপলব্ধি করতে পারে না তারাই মিথ্যা উপাস্যের বা প্রাকৃতিক শক্তির কাছে মাথা অবনত করে। তারা ভুলে যায় যে, আল্লাহ্র শক্তির নিকট সৃষ্টির সকল পদার্থই তুচ্ছ।
৪৩৪২। দেখুন পূর্ববর্তী টিকা। আল্লাহ্র শক্তিকে উপমার সাহায্যে এখানে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। ক্ষুদ্র বস্তুকে মানুষ তার হাতের তালুতে, মুষ্ঠির মাঝে আবদ্ধ করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। ঠিক অনুরূপভাবে স্রষ্টা এই বিশাল বিশ্বভূবনকে তাঁর হাতের মুষ্ঠিতে আবদ্ধ করতে সক্ষম। স্রষ্টার বিশালত্বকে অনুভবের জন্য এই উপমাকে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। দ্বিতীয় উপমা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে গোটানো কাগজ [Scroll]। গোটানো কাগজকে মানুষ যেমন তার ডান হাতে ধরে রাখতে সক্ষম, স্রষ্টাও ঠিক সেরূপে এই বিশাল মহাবিশ্বকে তার সম্প্রসারণশীল কোটি কোটি গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র ও নীহারিকা ছায়াপথ সহ গুটিয়ে তার করায়ত্ব করতে পারেন। এই উদাহরণের মাধ্যমে মানুষের চেতনাতে , উপলব্ধিতে আঘাত হানা হয়েছে স্রষ্টার বিশালত্ব ও ক্ষমতাকে অনুভব করার জন্য। করায়ত্ব বা মুষ্ঠিবদ্ধ শব্দগুলি প্রতীক অর্থে ব্যবহৃত। কর বা হাত হচ্ছে ক্ষমতা ও কার্যক্ষমতার প্রতীক। দেখুন আয়াত [২১ : ১০৪ ] এবং আয়াত [ ৮১ : ১ ]।
