যারা মন্দ কাজ করে, তারা কি মনে করে যে, তারা আমার হাত থেকে বেঁচে যাবে? তাদের ফয়সালা খুবই মন্দ।
Or those who do evil deeds think that they can outstrip Us (i.e. escape Our Punishment)? Evil is that which they judge!
أَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ أَن يَسْبِقُونَا سَاء مَا يَحْكُمُونَ
Am hasiba allatheena yaAAmaloona alssayyi-ati an yasbiqoona saa ma yahkumoona
YUSUFALI: Do those who practise evil think that they will get the better of Us? Evil is their judgment!
PICKTHAL: Or do those who do ill-deeds imagine that they can outstrip Us? Evil (for them) is that which they decide.
SHAKIR: Or do they who work evil think that they will escape Us? Evil is it that they judge!
KHALIFA: Do those who commit sins think that they can ever fool us? Wrong indeed is their judgment.
০৪। যারা পাপ কাজ করে তারা কি মনে করে যে, তারা আমার আয়ত্বের বাইরে চলে যাবে ? তাদের বিচার বিবেচনা কত মন্দ ৩৪২৫।
৩৪২৫। যারা সত্যের বিরোধিতা করে, মন্দ কর্ম করে, তারা কি মনে করে তারা আল্লাহ্র সত্যকে ধ্বংস করতে পারবে ? এরা নিতান্তই নির্বোধ। অনেক সময়ে তাদের অত্যাচার নির্যাতন বিপরীতভাবে কাজ করে। তাদের কর্মের ফলে মানুষের হৃদয়ের সত্যের প্রতি, ন্যায়ের প্রতি তীব্র আকাঙ্খা জন্মে , এবং অত্যাচারীর প্রতি ঘৃণা জন্মে।
