সুলায়মানের সামনে তার সেনাবাহিনীকে সমবেত করা হল। জ্বিন-মানুষ ও পক্ষীকুলকে, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বিভিন্ন ব্যূহে বিভক্ত করা হল।
And there were gathered before Sulaimân (Solomon) his hosts of jinns and men, and birds, and they all were set in battle order (marching forwards).
وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ
Wahushira lisulaymana junooduhu mina aljinni waal-insi waalttayri fahum yoozaAAoona
YUSUFALI: And before Solomon were marshalled his hosts,- of Jinns and men and birds, and they were all kept in order and ranks.
PICKTHAL: And there were gathered together unto Solomon his armies of the jinn and humankind, and of the birds, and they were set in battle order;
SHAKIR: And his hosts of the jinn and the men and the birds were gathered to him, and they were formed into groups.
KHALIFA: Mobilized in the service of Solomon were his obedient soldiers of jinns and humans, as well as the birds; all at his disposal.
১৭। সুলায়মানের সম্মুখে সমবেত করা হলো; তাঁর বাহিনীকে – জ্বিন, মানুষ ও বিহঙ্গকূলকে এবং উহাদের বিন্যস্ত করা হলো বিভিন্ন সারিতে ৩২৫৭।
৩২৫৭। এই আয়াতটির আক্ষরিক অর্থের বাইরেও এর অপর প্রতীকধর্মী অর্থ বিদ্যমান। যেমন :
১) সুলাইমান প্রজাকূলকে তাদের বুদ্ধি , রুচি, সভ্যতার বিকাশ অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন শ্রেণীতে বিভক্ত করেন এবং তাদের শৃঙ্খলা ও ন্যায়ের সাথে সুদক্ষ প্রশাসনের মাধ্যমে পরস্পরকে সমন্বিত করেন।
২) তিনি আল্লাহ্র নিকট থেকে যে সব বিশেষ অনুগ্রহ লাভ করেছিলেন [ পরবর্তী আয়াত দ্রষ্টব্য ] তা তিনি দক্ষ প্রশাসনের জন্য বিভিন্ন শ্রেণীতে বিন্যাস্ত করেন, সমন্বিত করেন যেনো তারা কোনও সুশৃঙ্খল সেনাবাহিনী। এ ভাবেই তিনি আল্লাহ্ প্রাপ্ত গুণাবলীর সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহারকে নিশ্চিত করেন যেনো জীবনে সর্বোচ্চ সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারেন।
উপদেশ : জীবনে সাফল্য লাভের প্রধান উপায় এই আয়াতে সুলাইমানের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষা দান করা হয়েছে। শৃঙ্খলা এবং সমন্বিত কার্য পদ্ধতিই একমাত্র সাফল্যের চাবিকাঠি।
