কিন্তু যারা তওবা করে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদের গোনাহকে পুন্য দ্বারা পরিবর্তত করে এবং দেবেন। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
Except those who repent and believe (in Islâmic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allâh will change their sins into good deeds, and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُوْلَئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
Illa man taba waamana waAAamila AAamalan salihan faola-ika yubaddilu Allahu sayyi-atihim hasanatin wakana Allahu ghafooran raheeman
YUSUFALI: Unless he repents, believes, and works righteous deeds, for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful,
PICKTHAL: Save him who repenteth and believeth and doth righteous work; as for such, Allah will change their evil deeds to good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.
SHAKIR: Except him who repents and believes and does a good deed; so these are they of whom Allah changes the evil deeds to good ones; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
KHALIFA: Exempted are those who repent, believe, and lead a righteous life. GOD transforms their sins into credits. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
৭০। যদি না সে অনুতপ্ত হয়; ঈমান আনে এবং সৎ কাজ করে। [ সেক্ষেত্রে ] আল্লাহ্ উহাদের মন্দকে পরিবর্তন করে দেবেন ভালো দ্বারা। এবং আল্লাহ্ বারে বারে ক্ষমাশীল , পরম দয়ালু ৩১৩০।
৩১৩০। উপরে যে তিনটি পাপের বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে , সেই সব পাপীদের জন্য এই আয়াতে আছে আশ্বাস। যদিও এই পাপগুলি জঘন্য এবং এর শাস্তি সাধারণ পাপের দ্বিগুণ , তবুও পাপী যদি তার পাপ কর্মের জন্য সত্যিকার ভাবে অনুতপ্ত হয় এবং নিজের চরিত্রকে সংশোধন করে তবে আল্লাহ্র করুণাধারা তার জন্যও অবারিত। পাপীর কলুষিত আত্মা পাপ মুক্ত হয়ে পূণ্যের আলোয় ঝলমলে হয়ে উঠবে।
