ত্রিবিধং নরকস্যেদং দ্বারং নাশনমাত্মনঃ ।
কামঃ ক্রোধস্তথা লোভস্তস্মাদেতত্ত্রয়ং ত্যজেত্ ॥ ১৬-২১॥

ত্রিবিধং = of three kinds
নরকস্য = of hell
ইদং = this
দ্বারং = gate
নাশনং = destructive
আত্মনঃ = of the self
কামঃ = lust
ক্রোধঃ = anger
তথা = as well as
লোভঃ = greed
তস্মাত্ = therefore
এতত্ = these
ত্রয়ং = three
ত্যজেত্ = one must give up.
