য়স্মাত্ক্ষরমতীতোঽহমক্ষরাদপি চোত্তমঃ ।
অতোঽস্মি লোকে বেদে চ প্রথিতঃ পুরুষোত্তমঃ ॥ ১৫-১৮॥

য়স্মাত্ = because
ক্ষরং = to the fallible
অতীতঃ = transcendental
অহং = I am
অক্ষরাত্ = beyond the infallible
অপি = also
চ = and
উত্তমঃ = the best
অতঃ = therefore
অস্মি = I am
লোকে = in the world
বেদে = in the Vedic literature
চ = and
প্রথিতঃ = celebrated
পুরুষোত্তমঃ = as the Supreme Personality.
