তিনি তাঁর রসূলকে পথ নির্দেশ ও সত্যধর্ম নিয়ে প্রেরণ করেছেন, যাতে একে সবধর্মের উপর প্রবল করে দেন যদিও মুশরিকরা তা অপছন্দ করে।
He it is Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâmic Monotheism) to make it victorious over all (other) religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger Muhammed SAW) hate (it).
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ
Huwa allathee arsala rasoolahu bialhuda wadeeni alhaqqi liyuthhirahu AAala alddeeni kullihi walaw kariha almushrikoona
YUSUFALI: It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).
PICKTHAL: He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all religion however much idolaters may be averse.
SHAKIR: He it is Who sent His Messenger with the guidance and the true religion, that He may make it overcome the religions, all of them, though the polytheists may be averse.
KHALIFA: He has sent His messenger with the guidance and the true religion, and will make it dominate all religions, in spite of the idol worshipers.
৯। তিনিই হেদায়েত ও সত্য ধর্ম সহ আপন রসুলকে প্রেরণ করেছেন, যেনো সে তা সকল ধর্মের উপরে বিজয় ঘোষণা করতে পারে ৫৪৪২ ; যদিও মুশরিকরা [ উহা ] অপছন্দ করে।
৫৪৪২। হযরত আদম ( আ) থেকে এ পর্যন্ত পৃথিবীতে একটাই ধর্ম যুগে যুগে নবী রসুলদের দ্বারা প্রচারিত হয়েছে আর তা হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন বা ইসলাম। হযরত নূহ, হযরত মুসা, হযরত ঈসা সকল পয়গম্বরগণ যে ধর্ম প্রচার করেছেন তা হচ্ছে হযরত ইব্রাহীমের ধর্ম ইসলাম। তাদের প্রচারিত ধর্ম বিভিন্ন নামে ডাকা হয় সত্য। সুবিধার জন্য যে নামেই তাদের ডাকা হোক না কেন, বিভিন্ন পয়গম্বরদের প্রচারিত এ সব ধর্মের মূল সত্য যুগে যুগে একই আর তা হচ্ছে ইব্রাহীমের ধর্ম বা ইসলাম। যুগের ব্যবধানে এ সব সত্যের অনির্বাণ শিখা -ই শেষ পর্যন্ত স্থায়ীত্ব লাভ করবে দেখুন [ ৯: ৩৩ ] আয়াত ও টিকা ১২৯০ এবং [ ৫৮: ২৮ ] আয়াত ও টিকা ৪৯১২।
