যাতে কিতাবধারীরা জানে যে, আল্লাহর সামান্য অনুগ্রহের উপর ও তাদের কোন ক্ষমতা নেই, দয়া আল্লাহরই হাতে; তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা, তা দান করেন। আল্লাহ মহা অনুগ্রহশীল।
So that the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) may know that they have no power whatsoever over the Grace of Allâh, and that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. And Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.
لِئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِّن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَأَنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
Li-alla yaAAlama ahlu alkitabi alla yaqdiroona AAala shay-in min fadli Allahi waanna alfadla biyadi Allahi yu/teehi man yashao waAllahu thoo alfadli alAAatheemi
YUSUFALI: That the People of the Book may know that they have no power whatever over the Grace of Allah, that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand, to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. For Allah is the Lord of Grace abounding.
PICKTHAL: That the People of the Scripture may know that they control naught of the bounty of Allah, but that the bounty is in Allah’s hand to give to whom He will. And Allah is of Infinite Bounty.
SHAKIR: So that the followers of the Book may know that they do not control aught of the grace of Allah, and that grace is in Allah’s hand, He gives it to whom He pleases; and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace.
KHALIFA: Thus, the followers of previous scripture should know that they have not monopolized GOD’s mercy and grace, and that all grace is in GOD’s hand. He bestows it upon whomever He wills. GOD is Possessor of Infinite Grace.
২৯। ইহা এ জন্য যে, কিতাবী লোকেরা যেনো জানতে পারে আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহের উপরে তাদের কোন ক্ষমতা নাই ৫৩২৯। ইহা এ জন্য যে, অনুগ্রহ [ সম্পূর্ণ ] আল্লাহ্রই হাতে,তিনি যাকে খুশী তাকে দান করেন। আল্লাহ্ অসীম অনুগ্রহের মালিক।
৫৩২৯। কোন জাতি, বা সম্প্রদায় বা শ্রেণী বা জনগণ যেনো মনে না করেন যে, আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহ লাভের তারাই একমাত্র ইজারাদার। তাদেরই একমাত্র হক্ আছে আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহকে বিতরণ করার বা সুপারিশ করার বা কেড়ে নেবার। আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহ দেশ – কাল, জাতি, বা সম্প্রদায় মুক্ত। তা হচ্ছে ঐ অসীম নীল আকাশের মতই উদার, অসীম ও মুক্ত। আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহ বিতরণের মালিক একমাত্র আল্লাহ্ নিজে। কোনও ধর্মযাজক, বা পুরোহিত বা খৃষ্টানদের পোপ, বা উচ্চ ক্ষমতা সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি কাউকে আল্লাহ্ তার অনুগ্রহের নিয়ন্ত্রণভার দেন নাই। আল্লাহ্ তার জ্ঞান ও প্রজ্ঞার দ্বারা বিবেচনা করেন কে তার অনুগ্রহ লাভের যোগ্য। আল্লাহ্র বৃহত্তর ও মহত্তর পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য তার অনুগ্রহ বর্ষিত হয়। তাঁর অনুগ্রহের কোন সীমা – পরিসীমা নাই।
কোর-আনে আল্লাহ্ বলেছেন, ” তোমরাই সে শ্রেষ্ঠ উম্মত, মানব জাতির জন্য ; যারা সৎ কাজে আদেশ দেবে, অসৎ কাজে নিষেধ করবে।” মানব জাতির মাঝে শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব লাভের জন্য, আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহের প্রয়োজন। শুধুমাত্র নাম সর্বস্ব মুসলমান হলে আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহ লাভের যোগ্যতা অর্জন করা যায় না। মনে রাখতে হবে চারিত্রিক গুণাবলী হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্র অনুগ্রহ লাভের পূর্বশর্ত – যা লাভ করা যায় পরিপূর্ণ রূপে আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছা বা বিধানের কাছে আত্মসমর্পনের মাধ্যমে।
