না আপনি তাদের কাছে পারিশ্রমিক চান যে, তাদের উপর জরিমানার বোঝা চেপে বসে?
Or is it that you (O Muhammad SAW) ask a wage from them (for your preaching of Islâmic Monotheism) so that they are burdened with a load of debt?
أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ
Am tas-aluhum ajran fahum min maghramin muthqaloona
YUSUFALI: Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?-
PICKTHAL: Or askest thou (Muhammad) a fee from them so that they are plunged in debt?
SHAKIR: Or do you ask them for a reward, so that they are overburdened by a debt?
KHALIFA: Are you asking them for any wage, and they are burdened thereby?
৪০। অথবা তুমি কি তাদের নিকট পারিশ্রমিক চাইছ, যার ফলে, তারা ঋণের ভারে ভারাক্রান্ত ৫০৭৪ ?-
৫০৭৪। মানুষকে সঠিক পথে চালিত করার জন্য আল্লাহ্র রাসুল (সা ) আল্লাহ্র প্রত্যাদেশ সমূহ প্রচার করতেন। মানুষের মঙ্গল কামনাই ছিলো তাঁর একমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য। তবে কেন মানুষ তাঁকে অত্যাচার ও নির্যাতন করে ?
