অতঃপর আমি তাকে ও তার সেনাবাহিনীকে পাকড়াও করলাম এবং তাদেরকে সমুদ্রে নিক্ষেপ করলাম। সে ছিল অভিযুক্ত।
So We took him and his hosts, and dumped them into the sea, while he was to be blamed.
فَأَخَذْنَاهُ وَجُنُودَهُ فَنَبَذْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ
Faakhathnahu wajunoodahu fanabathnahum fee alyammi wahuwa muleemun
YUSUFALI: So We took him and his forces, and threw them into the sea; and his was the blame.
PICKTHAL: So We seized him and his hosts and flung them in the sea, for he was reprobate.
SHAKIR: So We seized him and his hosts and hurled them into the sea and he was blamable.
KHALIFA: Consequently, we punished him and his troops. We threw them into the sea, and he is the one to blame.
৩৯। কিন্তু [ ফেরাউন ] তাঁর দলবল সহ মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিয়েছিলো এবং বলেছিলো, ” এই ব্যক্তি হয় এক যাদুকর অথবা উম্মাদ।”
৪০। সুতারাং আমি তাকে ও তার সেনাবাহিনীকে শাস্তি দিলাম, এবং তাদের সমুদ্রে নিক্ষেপ করলাম ; এবং সে তো ছিলো অপরাধ যোগ্য ৫০১৭।
৫০১৭। ফেরাউন ও তার প্রধান উপদেষ্টারা ধ্বংস হয়ে যায় সত্য, কিন্তু তাদের সকলের কৃতকর্মের জন্য প্রধানতঃ দায়ী ছিলো ফেরাউন। কারণ সেই সকলকে বিপথে চালিত করে। সে ভাবে ফেরাউনের শাস্তি ছিলো ন্যায়বিচার। তার আচরণের জন্য সেই একমাত্র দায়ী।
