প্রত্যেকের জন্যে তাদের কৃতকর্ম অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন স্তর রয়েছে, যাতে আল্লাহ তাদের কর্মের পূর্ণ প্রতিফল দেন। বস্তুতঃ তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
And for all, there will be degrees according to that which they did, that He (Allâh) may recompense them in full for their deeds. And they will not be wronged.
وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُوا وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ
Walikullin darajatun mimma AAamiloo waliyuwaffiyahum aAAmalahum wahum la yuthlamoona
YUSUFALI: And to all are (assigned) degrees according to the deeds which they (have done), and in order that (Allah) may recompense their deeds, and no injustice be done to them.
PICKTHAL: And for all there will be ranks from what they do, that He may pay them for their deeds; and they will not be wronged.
SHAKIR: And for all are degrees according to what they did, and that He may pay them back fully their deeds and they shall not be wronged.
KHALIFA: They all attain the ranks they have deserved, in accordance with their works. He will pay them for their works, without the least injustice.
১৯। প্রত্যেকের মর্যদা তাদের কর্মফল অনুযায়ী [দেয়া হয় ], ইহা এ জন্য যে, আল্লাহ্ প্রত্যেকের কর্মের পূর্ণ পুরষ্কার পুরোপুরি দিতে পারেন। এবং তাদের প্রতি কোন অন্যায় করা হবে না ৪৭৯৫।
৪৭৯৫। পরলোকে প্রত্যেককে বিন্যাস করা হবে তাদের কৃতকার্যের পরিণাম অনুযায়ী। এই বিন্যাস হবে অতি সুক্ষ বিশ্লেষণের ভিত্তিতে। প্রতিটি ভালো ও মন্দ কাজকে বিচার করা হবে সুক্ষভাবে। কাজের উদ্দেশ্য, অভিপ্রায়, প্রেরণা, সাফল্য,ব্যর্থতা, পরিবেশ ও পরিপ্রেক্ষিত সমস্ত কিছু চুলচেরা বিশ্লেষণের ভিত্তিতে প্রতিটি মন্দ বা ভালো কাজকে মূল্যায়ন করা হবে। আপতঃ ভালো বা আপাতঃ মন্দ শেষ কথা নয়। ভালো ও মন্দের এই শ্রেণী বিভাগ মোটামুটি বা স্থূল নয়। তা হবে অত্যন্ত চুলচেরা সুক্ষদর্শী – বিচার বিশ্লেষণের ভিত্তিতে। মন্দ কাজের পরিণাম ততটুকুই হবে যতটুকু মন্দ সে করে। কিন্তু অন্যান্য আয়াতে [ ২৮ : ৮৪ ] উল্লেখ আছে যে, ভালো কাজের পুরষ্কার যা প্রাপ্য, সেই প্রাপ্যতাকে অতিক্রম করে যাবে। কারণ আল্লাহ্ অসীম করুণাময়।
