কিতাব অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময় আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে।
The revelation of this Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.
تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
Tanzeelu alkitabi mina Allahi alAAazeezi alhakeemi
YUSUFALI: The revelation of this Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.
PICKTHAL: The revelation of the Scripture is from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.
SHAKIR: The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.
KHALIFA: This is a revelation of the scripture, from GOD, the Almighty, the Wise.
০১। এই প্রত্যাদেশ অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে আল্লাহ্র নিকট থেকে , ৪২৪২ [ যিনি ] ক্ষমতায় পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাতে পরিপূর্ণ।
৪২৪২। প্রত্যাদেশের সাথে আল্লাহ্র দুটি গুণাবলীর উল্লেখ এই আয়াতে করা হয়েছে :
১) আল্লাহ্ সর্বশক্তিমান , পরাক্রমশালী। সকল বাঁধা সত্বেও তাঁর পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়িত হবেই।
২) তিনি অসীম জ্ঞানের আঁধার ও প্রজ্ঞাময়।
যারা জিজ্ঞাসা করে যে আল্লাহ্ কিভাবে তাঁর বাণী পৃথিবীতে প্রেরণ করেন ? তাদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর আছে ১নং এর বক্তব্যে এবং ২নং বক্তব্য ব্যাখ্যা করে যে প্রকৃত জ্ঞান ও প্রজ্ঞা লাভ করা সম্ভব , আল্লাহ্ যা প্রত্যাদেশের মাধ্যমে প্রেরণ করেছেন তার অনুসরণ দ্বারা।
