বলুন, আমার পালনকর্তা তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যাকে ইচ্ছা রিযিক বাড়িয়ে দেন এবং সীমিত পরিমাণে দেন। তোমরা যা কিছু ব্যয় কর, তিনি তার বিনিময় দেন। তিনি উত্তম রিযিক দাতা।
Say: ”Truly, my Lord enlarges the provision for whom He wills of His slaves, and (also) restricts (it) for him, and whatsoever you spend of anything (in Allâh’s Cause), He will replace it. And He is the Best of providers.”

قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُ وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Qul inna rabbee yabsutu alrrizqa liman yashao min AAibadihi wayaqdiru lahu wama anfaqtum min shay-in fahuwa yukhlifuhu wahuwa khayru alrraziqeena

YUSUFALI: Say: “Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Sustenance to such of his servants as He pleases: and nothing do ye spend in the least (in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the Best of those who grant Sustenance.
PICKTHAL: Say: Lo! my Lord enlargeth the provision for whom He will of His bondmen, and narroweth (it) for him. And whatsoever ye spend (for good) He replaceth it. And He is the Best of Providers.
SHAKIR: Say: Surely my Lord amplifies the means of subsistence for whom He pleases of His servants and straitens (them) for whom (He pleases), and whatever thing you spend, He exceeds it in reward, and He is the best of Sustainers.
KHALIFA: Say, “My Lord is the One who controls all provisions; He increases the provisions for whomever He chooses from among His servants, or reduces them. Anything you spend (in the cause of God), He will reward you for it; He is the Best Provider.”

৩৯। বলঃ ” অবশ্যই আমার প্রভু তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যার প্রতি ইচ্ছা জীবনোপকরণ বৃদ্ধি করেন অথবা সংকুচিত করেন। ৩৮৪৮। তোমরা যা কিছু [আল্লাহ্‌র রাস্তায় ] ব্যয় কর , তিনি তা প্রতিস্থাপন করেন। তিনিই শ্রেষ্ঠ রিযিক্দাতা ৩৮৪৯।

৩৮৪৮। দেখুন [ ৩৪ : ৩৬ ] আয়াত এবং টিকা ৩৮৪৩।

৩৮৪৯। পৃথিবীতে জাগতিক বিষয়বস্তু , অর্থ-সম্পদ ,ক্ষমতা, প্রভাব-প্রতিপত্তি ,এগুলির বণ্টন সমভাবে হয় না। কেউ বেশী কেউ কম পায়। এগুলির বণ্টন হয় আল্লাহ্‌র পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী – যা আল্লাহ্‌র জ্ঞান ও প্রজ্ঞার স্বাক্ষর। কোনও কিছুই সর্বশক্তিমানের পরিকল্পনার বাইরে নয় বা কোনও কিছুই হঠাৎ করে ঘটে না। যা আমাদের জন্য এখন বা চিরকালের জন্য মঙ্গলজনক আল্লাহ্‌ তাই-ই আমাদের জন্য করে থাকেন। যে আল্লাহ্‌র রাস্তায় ব্যয় করে আল্লাহ্‌ তাঁর প্রতিদান দান করে থাকেন।
