পক্ষান্তরে যারা অবাধ্য হয়, তাদের ঠিকানা জাহান্নাম। যখনই তারা জাহান্নাম থেকে বের হতে চাইবে, তখনই তাদেরকে তথায় ফিরিয়ে দেয়া হবে এবং তাদেরকে বলা হবে, তোমরা জাহান্নামের যে আযাবকে মিথ্যা বলতে, তার স্বাদ আস্বাদন কর।
And as for those who are Fâsiqûn (disbelievers and disobedient to Allâh), their abode will be the Fire, every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be put back thereto, and it will be said to them: ”Taste you the torment of the Fire which you used to deny.”
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Waamma allatheena fasaqoo fama/wahumu alnnaru kullama aradoo an yakhrujoo minha oAAeedoo feeha waqeela lahum thooqoo AAathaba alnnari allathee kuntum bihi tukaththiboona
YUSUFALI: As to those who are rebellious and wicked, their abode will be the Fire: every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be forced thereinto, and it will be said to them: “Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire, the which ye were wont to reject as false.”
PICKTHAL: And as for those who do evil, their retreat is the Fire. Whenever they desire to issue forth from thence, they are brought back thither. Unto them it is said: Taste the torment of the Fire which ye used to deny.
SHAKIR: And as for those who transgress, their abode is the fire; whenever they desire to go forth from it they shall be brought back into it, and it will be said to them: Taste the chastisement of the fire which you called a lie.
KHALIFA: As for the wicked, their destiny is Hell. Every time they try to leave it, they will be forced back. They will be told, “Taste the agony of Hell which you used to disbelieve in.”
২০। এবং যারা বিদ্রোহী ও দুষ্ট তাদের বাসস্থান হবে জাহান্নাম। যখনই তারা তা থেকে বের হতে চাইবে তখনই তাদের জোরপূর্বক সেখানে ফিরিয়ে দেয়া হবে এবং তাদের বলা হবে, ” এখন আগুনের সেই শাস্তিকে আস্বাদন কর যাকে তোমরা মিথ্যা মনে করতে। ” ৩৬৫৩
৩৬৫৩। দেখুন আয়াত [ ২২ : ২২ ]। মনোরম বাগান যেমন শান্তির প্রতীক, ঠিক সেরূপ আগুন হচ্ছে শাস্তি ও যন্ত্রণার প্রতীক। এই প্রতীকের মাধ্যমে বেহেশতের সুখশান্তি ও দোযখের শাস্তিকে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। এখানে বলা হয়েছে পাপীদের দোযখের শাস্তি থেকে রেহাই নাই। যারা তাদের পাপের মাধ্যমে এই শাস্তি অর্জন করে থাকে তাদের মানসিক অবস্থা তখন কি হবে ? সে সময়ে তারা বলবে যে, “অনল উদ্গীরণকারী দোযখের শাস্তিকে আমরা মিথ্যা ও অলীক কল্পনা করেছিলাম, এখন তা সত্যে পরিণত হয়েছে।” পাপীরা সে অবস্থাকে কি ভাবে গ্রহণ করবে ?
