তিনি হলেন যাঁর রয়েছে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের রাজত্ব। তিনি কোন সন্তান গ্রহণ করেননি। রাজত্বে তাঁর কোন অংশীদার নেই। তিনি প্রত্যেক বস্তু সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তাকে শোধিত করেছেন পরিমিতভাবে।
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.
الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيرًا
Allathee lahu mulku alssamawati waal-ardi walam yattakhith waladan walam yakun lahu shareekun fee almulki wakhalaqa kulla shay-in faqaddarahu taqdeeran
YUSUFALI: He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions.
PICKTHAL: He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, He hath chosen no son nor hath He any partner in the Sovereignty. He hath created everything and hath meted out for it a measure.
SHAKIR: He, Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and Who did not take to Himself a son, and Who has no associate in the kingdom, and Who created everything, then ordained for it a measure.
KHALIFA: The One to whom belongs all sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He never had a son, nor does He have any partners in sovereignty. He created everything in exact measure; He precisely designed everything.
০২। তিনিই , যার অধিকারে রয়েছে আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবী। তিনি কোন পুত্র সন্তান গ্রহণ করেন নাই। সার্বভৌমত্বে তাঁর কোন অংশীদার নাই। তিনিই সব কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং সেগুলিকে সুবিন্যস্ত করেছেন যথাযথ অনুপাতে ৩০৫৫।
৩০৫৫। মহান আল্লাহ্র সার্বভৌমত্বের বর্ণনা এখানে করা হয়েছে। তিনি সকল অভাবমুক্ত , তিনি কারও সাহায্যপ্রার্থী নন। তাঁর দয়া ও করুণার প্রকাশ সমস্ত সৃষ্টির মাঝে বিদ্যমান।
