তুমি কি দেখ না যে, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যারা আছে, তারা এবং উড়ন্ত পক্ষীকুল তাদের পাখা বিস্তার করতঃ আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করে? প্রত্যেকেই তার যোগ্য এবাদত এবং পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণার পদ্ধতি জানে। তারা যা করে, আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
See you not (O Muhammad SAW) that Allâh, He it is Whom glorify whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings out-spread (in their flight). Of each one He (Allâh) knows indeed his Salât (prayer) and his glorification, [or everyone knows his Salât (prayer) and his glorification], and Allâh is All-Aware of what they do.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطَّيْرُ صَافَّاتٍ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَتَسْبِيحَهُ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ
Alam tara anna Allaha yusabbihu lahu man fee alssamawati waal-ardi waalttayru saffatin kullun qad AAalima salatahu watasbeehahu waAllahu AAaleemun bima yafAAaloona
YUSUFALI: Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises all beings in the heavens and on earth do celebrate, and the birds (of the air) with wings outspread? Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer and praise. And Allah knows well all that they do.
PICKTHAL: Hast thou not seen that Allah, He it is Whom all who are in the heavens and the earth praise, and the birds in their flight? Of each He knoweth verily the worship and the praise; and Allah is Aware of what they do.
SHAKIR: Do you not see that Allah is He Whom do glorify all those who are in the heavens and the earth, and the (very) birds with expanded wings? He knows the prayer of each one and its glorification, and Allah is Cognizant of what they do.
KHALIFA: Do you not realize that everyone in the heavens and the earth glorifies GOD, even the birds as they fly in a column? Each knows its prayer and its glorification. GOD is fully aware of everything they do.

৪১। তুমি কি দেখ না যে, আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীতে ৩০১৬ যারা আছে তারা এবং [ বাতাসে ] ডানা মেলে দেয়া পাখীরা আল্লাহ্র গুণকীর্তণ করে ৩০১৭। প্রত্যেকেই তাদের নিজ নিজ প্রার্থনা এবং [আল্লাহকে ] প্রশংসা করার [পদ্ধতি ] জানে। এবং তারা যা করে আল্লাহ্ তা জানেন।
৩০১৬। দেখুন আয়াত [ ২১ : ১৯ – ২০ ]।
৩০১৭। বেহেশতের সকল অধিবাসী যেমন ফেরেশতারা, নভোমন্ডলের সকল বস্তু যেমন সূর্য, চন্দ্র, গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র ইত্যাদি , পৃথিবীর ভূভাগের সকল প্রাণী যেমন মানুষ, প্রাণী, কীট পতঙ্গ, মাছ ও জলচর প্রাণী এবং বাতাসের সকল প্রাণী যেমন পাখী ও সমগোত্রীয় প্রাণী সকলেই একমাত্র মানুষ ব্যতীত , দিবারাত্র আল্লাহ্র এবাদতে ব্যস্ত। ” আল্লাহ্র গুণ কীর্তন করে” কথাটি প্রতীকধর্মী। আল্লাহ্ প্রতিটি বস্তুকে এক একটি বিশেষ কাজের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন। প্রতিটি বস্তু সর্বক্ষণ সেই কাজেই ব্যস্ত আছে এক চুলও বিরোধিতা না করে ? একমাত্র মানুষ ব্যতীত। এ ভাবেই তারা আল্লাহ্র প্রতি আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করছে ও তাঁর পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করছে। চন্দ্র, সূর্য, গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র , জীব , জন্তু, কীট, পতঙ্গ প্রত্যেকেই ন্যস্ত দায়িত্ব নিষ্ঠার সাথে পালন করে। আল্লাহ্র প্রতি আনুগত্য প্রকাশের প্রত্যেকেরই নিজস্ব পদ্ধতি আছে। এই পদ্ধতিই হচ্ছে তার এবাদত। যেমন, ক্ষুদ্র পাখীরা বাসা বাঁধে , সন্তান জন্মদান করে, নিজ আহার্য্য সন্তানকে খাইয়ে বড় করে। পক্ষীশাবক বড় হলে, বাচ্চার কথা ভুলে যায়। কারণ তার প্রতি আল্লাহ্র কর্তৃক অর্পিত দায়িত্ব হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্র সৃষ্টির ধারাবাহিকতা রক্ষা করা। বিভিন্ন প্রাণীর জীবন গতি , গ্রহ নক্ষত্রের গতিপথ সব কিছুই নির্দ্দেশ করে স্রষ্টার শিল্প নৈপুন্য ও এসব প্রাণী ও পদার্থের জীবন গতি ও ধর্মই হচ্ছে তাদের প্রতি আল্লাহ্র আদেশ এবং তা মান্য করাই হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্র প্রতি আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করা এবং এবাদতের ভাষা। ” প্রত্যেকেই তার নিজ নিজ প্রার্থনা ও আল্লাহ কে প্রশংসা করার পদ্ধতি জানে।”
