হে বনী-ইসরাঈলগণ, তোমরা স্মরণ কর আমার সে অনুগ্রহ যা আমি তোমাদের প্রতি করেছি এবং তোমরা পূরণ কর আমার সাথে কৃত প্রতিজ্ঞা, তাহলে আমি তোমাদেরকে প্রদত্ত প্রতিশ্রুতি পূরণ করব। আর ভয় কর আমাকেই।
O Children of Israel! Remember My Favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill (your obligations to) My Covenant (with you) so that I fulfill (My Obligations to) your covenant (with Me), and fear none but Me.
يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتِيَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَوْفُواْ بِعَهْدِي أُوفِ بِعَهْدِكُمْ وَإِيَّايَ فَارْهَبُونِ
Ya banee isra-eela othkuroo niAAmatiya allatee anAAamtu AAalaykum waawfoo biAAahdee oofi biAAahdikum wa-iyyaya fairhabooni
YUSUFALI: O Children of Israel! call to mind the (special) favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfil your covenant with Me as I fulfil My Covenant with you, and fear none but Me.
PICKTHAL: O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me.
SHAKIR: O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I will fulfill (My) covenant with you; and of Me, Me alone, should you be afraid.
KHALIFA: O Children of Israel, remember My favor, which I bestowed upon you, and fulfill your part of the covenant, that I fulfill My part of the covenant, and reverence Me.

৫৮। আল্লাহ্ এখানে ইসরাঈলীদের প্রতি তাঁর অনুকম্পাসমূহের কথা স্মরণ করিয়ে দিচ্ছেন। আল্লাহ্ বলেছেন যে তিনি তাদের মিশরীয় দাসত্ব থেকে মুক্ত করে দুধ ও মধুতে ভরা ক্যানান দেশে স্বাধীনভাবে বাঁচার সুযোগ করে দিয়েছেন। আল্লাহ্ বলেছেন, ‘আমি আমার চুক্তি পালন করেছি, তোমরা তোমাদের চুক্তি পালন কর।’
