তারা বললঃ দয়াময় আল্লাহ সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছে। তাঁর জন্য কখনও ইহা যোগ্য নয়; বরং তারা তো তাঁর সম্মানিত বান্দা।
And they say: ”The Most Beneficent (Allâh) has begotten a son (or children).” Glory to Him! They [those whom they call children of Allâh i.e. the angels, ’Iesa (Jesus) son of Maryam (Mary), ’Uzair (Ezra), etc.], are but honoured slaves.
وَقَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحْمَنُ وَلَدًا سُبْحَانَهُ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Waqaloo ittakhatha alrrahmanu waladan subhanahu bal AAibadun mukramoona
YUSUFALI: And they say: “(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten offspring.” Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour.
PICKTHAL: And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. Be He Glorified! Nay, but (those whom they call sons) are honoured slaves;
SHAKIR: And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken to Himself a ! son. Glory be to Him. Nay! they are honored servants
KHALIFA: Yet, they said, “The Most Gracious has begotten a son!” Glory be to Him. All (messengers) are (His) honored servants.
২৬। এবং তারা বলেছিলো, ” পরম করুণাময় [আল্লাহ্ ] সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন। তিনি পবিত্র, মহান ! তাঁরা তো কেবল সম্মানিত বান্দা ২৬৮৬।
২৬৮৬। ” পরম করুণাময় [আল্লাহ্] সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন ” – এই বাক্যটি দ্বারা খৃষ্টানদের “ট্রিনিটির” ধারণা ও আবর মোশরেকদের ধারণা যে দেবদূতেরা আল্লাহ্র কন্যা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে, এই উভয় ধারণাকে সন্তান কথাটির দ্বারা প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এ সকল ধারণা হচ্ছে কুসংস্কার যা আল্লাহ্র মাহাত্ম্যকে খর্ব করে। নবী ও রসুল এবং ফেরেশতারা আল্লাহ্র অনুগত ভৃত্য বই আর কিছু নয়। নবী ও রসুলেরা আল্লাহ্র সম্মানিত বান্দা , সুতারাং তারা আমাদের নিকট সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ সম্মানের পাত্র। কিন্তু তাই বলে আল্লাহ্র পুত্র হিসেবে উপাস্য নয়।
