অশাস্ত্রবিহিতং ঘোরং তপ্যন্তে য়ে তপো জনাঃ ।
দম্ভাহঙ্কারসংয়ুক্তাঃ কামরাগবলান্বিতাঃ ॥ ১৭-৫॥
কর্ষয়ন্তঃ শরীরস্থং ভূতগ্রামমচেতসঃ ।
মাং চৈবান্তঃশরীরস্থং তান্বিদ্ধ্যাসুরনিশ্চয়ান্ ॥ ১৭-৬॥

অশাস্ত্র = not in the scriptures
বিহিতং = directed
ঘোরং = harmful to others
তপ্যন্তে = undergo
য়ে = those who
তপঃ = austerities
জনাঃ = persons
দম্ভ = with pride
অহঙ্কার = and egoism
সংয়ুক্তাঃ = engaged
কাম = of lust
রাগ = and attachment
বল = by the force
অন্বিতাঃ = impelled
কর্ষয়ন্তঃ = tormenting
শরীরস্থং = situated within the body
ভূতগ্রামং = the combination of material elements
অচেতসঃ = having a misled mentality
মাং = Me
চ = also
এব = certainly
অন্তঃ = within
শরীরস্থং = situated in the body
তান্ = them
বিদ্ধি = understand
আসুরনিশ্চয়ান্ = demons.
