য় এবং বেত্তি পুরুষং প্রকৃতিং চ গুণৈঃ সহ ।
সর্বথা বর্তমানোঽপি ন স ভূয়োঽভিজায়তে ॥ ১৩-২৩॥

য়ঃ = anyone who
এবং = thus
বেত্তি = understands
পুরুষং = the living entity
প্রকৃতিং = material nature
চ = and
গুণৈঃ = the modes of material nature
সহ = with
সর্বথা = in all ways
বর্তমানঃ = being situated
অপি = in spite of
ন = never
সঃ = he
ভূয়ঃ = again
অভিজায়তে = takes his birth.
