বৃষ্ণীনাং বাসুদেবোঽস্মি পাণ্ডবানাং ধনঞ্জয়ঃ ।
মুনীনামপ্যহং ব্যাসঃ কবীনামুশনা কবিঃ ॥ ১০-৩৭॥

বৃষ্ণীনাং = of the descendants of VRiShNi
বাসুদেবঃ = KRiShNa in Dvaraka
অস্মি = I am
পাণ্ডবানাং = of the Pandavas
ধনঞ্জয়ঃ = Arjuna
মুনীনাং = of the sages
অপি = also
অহং = I am
ব্যাসঃ = Vyasa, the compiler of all Vedic literature
কবীনাং = of all great thinkers
উশনা = Usana
কবিঃ = the thinker.
