সর্বদ্বারাণি সংয়ম্য মনো হৃদি নিরুধ্য চ ।
মূর্ধ্ন্যাধায়াত্মনঃ প্রাণমাস্থিতো য়োগধারণাম্ ॥ ৮-১২॥

সর্বদ্বারাণি = all the doors of the body
সংয়ম্য = controlling
মনঃ = the mind
হৃদি = in the heart
নিরুধ্য = confining
চ = also
মূর্ধ্নি = on the head
আধায় = fixing
আত্মনঃ = of the soul
প্রাণং = the life air
আস্থিতঃ = situated in
য়োগধারণাং = the yogic situation.
