শ্রীভগবানুবাচ ।
অক্ষরং ব্রহ্ম পরমং স্বভাবোঽধ্যাত্মমুচ্যতে ।
ভূতভাবোদ্ভবকরো বিসর্গঃ কর্মসংজ্ঞিতঃ ॥ ৮-৩॥

পরমং = transcendental
স্বভাবঃ = eternal nature
অধ্যাত্মং = the self

কর্ম = fruitive activities
