গীতা – অধ্যায় ০৬ – শ্লোক ০৭

জিতাত্মনঃ প্রশান্তস্য পরমাত্মা সমাহিতঃ ।
শীতোষ্ণসুখদুঃখেষু তথা মানাপমানয়োঃ ॥ ৬-৭॥

জিতাত্মনঃ = of one who has conquered his mind
প্রশান্তস্য = who has attained tranquillity by such control over the mind
পরমাত্মা = the Supersoul
সমাহিতঃ = approached completely
শীত = in cold
উষ্ণ = heat
সুখ = happiness
দুঃখেষু = and distress
তথা = also
মান = in honor
অপমানয়োঃ = and dishonor.
