উদ্ধরেদাত্মনাত্মানং নাত্মানমবসাদয়েত্ ।
আত্মৈব হ্যাত্মনো বন্ধুরাত্মৈব রিপুরাত্মনঃ ॥ ৬-৫॥

আত্মানং = the conditioned soul
ন = never

আত্মা = mind
এব = certainly
হি = indeed
আত্মনঃ = of the conditioned soul
বন্ধুঃ = friend
