ইহৈব তৈর্জিতঃ সর্গো য়েষাং সাম্যে স্থিতং মনঃ ।
নির্দোষং হি সমং ব্রহ্ম তস্মাদ্ ব্রহ্মণি তে স্থিতাঃ ॥ ৫-১৯॥

জিতঃ = conquered
সর্গঃ = birth and death
য়েষাং = whose
সাম্যে = in equanimity
স্থিতং = situated
মনঃ = mind
নির্দোষং = flawless
হি = certainly
সমং = in equanimity
ব্রহ্ম = like the Supreme
তস্মাত্ = therefore
ব্রহ্মণি = in the Supreme
তে = they
স্থিতাঃ = are situated.
