দ্রব্যয়জ্ঞাস্তপোয়জ্ঞা য়োগয়জ্ঞাস্তথাপরে ।
স্বাধ্যায়জ্ঞানয়জ্ঞাশ্চ য়তয়ঃ সংশিতব্রতাঃ ॥ ৪-২৮॥
দ্রব্যয়জ্ঞাঃ = sacrificing one’s possessions
তপোয়জ্ঞাঃ = sacrifice in austerities
য়োগয়জ্ঞাঃ = sacrifice in eightfold mysticism
