তস্মাত্ত্বমিন্দ্রিয়াণ্যাদৌ নিয়ম্য ভরতর্ষভ ।
পাপ্মানং প্রজহি হ্যেনং জ্ঞানবিজ্ঞাননাশনম্ ॥ ৩-৪১॥

তস্মাত্ = therefore
ত্বং = you
ইন্দ্রিয়াণি = senses
আদৌ = in the beginning
নিয়ম্য = by regulating
ভরতর্ষভ = O chief amongst the descendants of Bharata
পাপ্মানং = the great symbol of sin
প্রজহি = curb
হি = certainly
এনং = this
জ্ঞান = of knowledge
বিজ্ঞান = and scientific knowledge of the pure soul
নাশনং = the destroyer.
