Kumro-r paat bhaaja
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin
- Flour (Maida)
- Kalajeera
- Baking Powder
- Oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
Method:
- Cut a pumpkin into thin rectangular pieces and keep aside.
- Mix flour, baking powder (about one spoon), kalajeera, salt, sugar and one spoonful of oil and make a batter by adding some water to this mixture.
- Dip the pumpkin pieces into this batter and fry them in low heat till both sides become golden brown. Serve hot. This with arhaar daal or chholaar daal is a terrific combination.
